In his video, he concentrates on the organisations who should get involved in social media and ignores the people side.  In doing so there is a great danger that we have a social media underclass from the introverted people and therefore a superior class of extraverts.  We need to include the reflectors!

Perhaps this means we need the society around social media to connect to the introverts - a broker.
